Hero NBA 2K27 has five separate unlock options on its product sheet, and each one is marked as visible to everyone, meaning other players can see the items on your character.
What each unlock covers
Unlock All Clothes. Apparel for your MyPLAYER, so you can build an outfit without waiting on a store rotation or spending currency.
Unlock All Animations. Movement and action animations. Because animations change how your player looks in motion, this is the one people tend to try first.
Unlock All Equipment. Gear and accessories you would normally earn or buy.
Unlock All Medals. The medals that show on your profile, which usually reflect time spent in the game.
Unlock All Tattoos. Every tattoo option, for people who like to fully customize their look.
Why it matters
Customization is a big part of MyCAREER and the park scene. Some people only play to build a character that looks right, and for them a grind for cosmetics is a chore standing between them and the game they want. Unlock all lets you skip the grind and spend your time actually playing.
