NBA 2K27 reputation and season level changer: what do the ranges mean and is maxing it smart?

the extras list says change reputation level 0 to 40, season level 0 to 40 and skill level 0 to 6. anyone know what these mean in practice? and is jumping straight to 40 a good idea or just asking for attention

thats what the NBA 2K27 reputation level changer lists under extra options. it also lists a config system (create, save, load, delete)
